US – Sample provider Critical Mix is expanding its OneOpinion panels to five more European countries.
New panels in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain will join the company’s existing panels in the US, Canada and the UK.
Rather than being purely online, OneOpinion offers members the option of completing surveys online (including on mobile devices), by telephone or in person.
Keith Price, joint CEO of Critical Mix, said the company’s “member first” philosophy “yields reliable, high-quality results for our clients”.
The company said the decision to expand in Europe was driven by substantial growth in the UK and Europe, and that it will be bringing OneOpinion to more countries later this year.
