OneMarket launches retail activation platform

US – Customer data management firm OneMarket has released a combined data management platform for retailers and brands to build better relationships.

The OneMarket Customer Activation Platform pairs data management and customer engagement.

Based in San Francisco, OneMarket is a newly independent business following a demerger from Westfield Corporation, and was previously known as Westfield Labs.

The OneMarket Customer Activation Platform is the company’s first major technology release, designed to address customer identification, data management, analytics and customer engagement challenges faced by retailers.

OneMarket CEO, Joe Polverari, said: “Most retailers today face considerable technology and data deficits, putting them at an unsustainable competitive disadvantage. Our deep roots in retail give OneMarket broad perspective on the industry’s challenges, and we’ve paired that with our expertise in emerging technologies.”

The platform is available to new and existing customers in the US and Europe, with plans for expansion to additional markets in the future.
