US – The Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement (CIMM) has appointed OMD USA chief executive Chrissie Hanson to its board of directors.
Hanson (pictured) will help to guide CIMM’s efforts to address challenges and support innovation in the TV and video marketplace.
She will also support the board’s remit in overseeing the CIMM executive team, overarching strategy, areas of focus for working groups and budget.
Prior to becoming chief executive at OMD USA, Hanson was global chief strategic officer, leading efforts in attention measurement, including launching the agency’s ‘attention requirement calculator’.
Jon Watts, managing director, CIMM, said: “Chrissie is a force in our industry with incredible insight into the wants and needs of advertisers and the ability to transform critical asks into action.”
CIMM is a group of companies focused on promoting best practices in measurement and currency development, metrics and data.
