UK— Nunwood has appointed Mulberry Consulting’s Alvin Jackson as consulting director within the customer experience management team, a new role at the agency.
Jackson (pictured) is a former senior consultant for IBM and spent his early career at HM Treasury and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Nunwood’s chief strategy officer David Conway said: “Alvin has worked with some of the UK’s largest organisations helping them improve their approach to customer journey management. Our mission is to help our clients create world class customer experiences.”
