NowVertical acquires two UK data firms

The acquisitions will increase NowVertical’s revenues by $6.1m, and the deals will go through within the next four months, subject to customary closing conditions.

Acrotrend was founded in 2007 by Sandeep Mendiratta and Shailesh Mallya, with a focus on customer data and analytics consultancy and operations in both the UK and India.

Smartlytics develops end-to-end data tools and is headquartered in the UK with offices in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
