US – Nielsen’s digital content business Nielsen Brandbank has added a content health tool to its shopper experience platform Evolve.
The shopper experience platform allows brands to understand opportunities to improve their content and the shopper experience.
The content health tool will allow brands to estimate a content health score to expose the gaps in product content and identify the strengths and weaknesses, and the tool will then improve the product information available to shoppers.
Nielsen Brandbank has partnered with data management company Pimcore to help make the changes to the shopper experience platform.
Mike Nickituk, global managing director at Nielsen Brandbank, said: “It’s more important than ever for brands to go beyond the pack and ensure their products have robust product content to enable shoppers to easily find what they’re looking for to maintain brand loyalty.
“Evolve – The Shopper Experience Platform allows brands and retailers to master the shopper journey with content health and advanced product data, strengthening the acceleration of accurate and quality product data to the digital shelf, sharing real-time product content with all trading partners simultaneously, and removing complexity and cost.”
