CANADA – Toronto-based research technology business Nexxt Intelligence has made its ‘conversational’ artificial intelligence (AI) platform available as a software-as-a-service.
Founded by Kathy Cheng and Josh Seltzer, Nexxt Intelligence has been developing its research approach and AI models for the platform, ‘Inca’, since the business was formed in 2015.
The do-it-yourself quantitative platform (pictured) includes online survey functions and allows researchers to access insight using qualitative techniques.
Kathy Cheng, chief executive, Nexxt Intelligence, said: “After using Inca for the last few years for full-service projects for our clients, we feel the time is now right to offer it as a DIY conversational AI platform for the research industry.”
Phil Sutcliffe, founder of consultancy Triple i, joined Nexxt Intelligence as managing partner earlier this year. Sutcliffe said: “We really believe that conversational AI is the future of the survey and by making Inca available as a DIY platform, any user of research can benefit.”
