New partner at What Humans Do

UK – Strategic advisory consultancy What Humans Do has appointed Torie Bold as partner to support the development of an AI-first operating model centred on behavioural science.

Shaking hands

Bold previously worked as global head of client delivery and operational excellence at Savanta, as well as executive vice-president and UK general manager, and executive vice-president wealth at the company.

Other senior roles have come at Wealth-X and Ledbury Research. Bold is an accredited executive coach and a certified member of the Market Research Society.

What Humans Do was founded earlier this year by former Savanta chief research officer Dr Nick Baker to help organisations with AI transformation and behavioural insights.

Dr Nick Baker, founding partner at What Humans Do, said: “The market doesn’t need heavier methodologies; it needs better answers about human behaviour.

“Torie’s arrival reinforces our commitment to delivering smarter, faster and cheaper insights.”
