New mobile survey technology enables in-app feedback
The SDK enables feedback collection and management directly in-app, integrating with any existing iOS or Android app. Surveys can be developed and deployed to mobile devices from the Survey Analytics SaaS platform, providing developers and end-users with real-time data. The SDK also powers geofencing, push notifications, user profiles, points and rewards.
The first mobile app to take advantage of the SurveySwipe SDK is Ikkos, a neuroscience movement training application developed by Chandika Bhandari, founder of Seattle App Lab.
“Many businesses struggle to retain app users, and do not know who uses their app and why,” said Bhandari. “The SurveySwipe SDK changes all of that. Adding the SDK capabilities to an app lets brands see what their app users want.”
