AUSTRALIA & US – Data and insights company Pureprofile has appointed Linda Jenkinson as non-executive director and chair, as Andrew Edwards retires from the board.
Edwards has been a member of the Pureprofile board since April 2014 and was appointed non-executive chairman in April 2016. He has given notice of his intention to retire, effective immediately, and will remain in a consulting role for three months during the transition period.
Edwards said: “After nine rewarding years, I feel now is the right time to move on to a new chapter, leaning into my other professional and personal commitments.
“I’m also delighted to announce that Linda Jenkinson will be joining the Pureprofile board as non-executive director and chair. With her impressive experience in building businesses, particularly in the US, I am confident she is the ideal candidate to guide Pureprofile through its next phase of growth.”
Jenkinson (pictured) has founded several companies during her career, in areas including technology, customer and employee experience, and sustainability.
She is currently chair of Medadvisor and Jaxsta and non-executive director at FleetPartners Group. She is also the chair of Guild Trustee Services and non-executive director at Harbour Asset Management.
Based in the US, Jenkinson divides her time between the US, Australia and New Zealand.
Pureprofile is headquartered in Sydney and operates across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
