New CEO at Trajectory

Johnson (pictured) was previously managing director at Trajectory, and has been at the company for around 17 years.
As part of the senior team changes at Trajectory, Paul Flatters, co-founder at the company, has become executive chair, while Michael Willmott has stepped down as chair but will remain as a director.
Trajectory is an insight and foresight consultancy which is based in London and founded in 2008.
The company runs the Global Foresight international data tool, which is based on 100,000 consumer interviews and has been running for nine years, covering subjects such as consumers’ values, attitudes, technology and media usage, trust and behaviour.
In addition, Trajectory has for the past three years carried out a monthly Optimism Index monitor to track consumer sentiment in the UK.
Flatters said: “We are delighted to announce Tom’s appointment as the CEO at Trajectory. This is thoroughly deserved following his outstanding contribution to the business as managing director.
“Tom has some exciting ideas for the development of the business. I look forward to working alongside him and the rest of our team to deliver them.”
