New APAC CEO for The Leading Edge

AUSTRALIA – Insight strategy consultancy, The Leading Edge, has appointed Ipsos’ Gillian O’Sullivan to be CEO for its expanding Asia Pacific region.

O’Sullivan (pictured) has been managing director, Ipsos Marketing ANZ, for the past eight years.

In this newly created role at The Leading Edge, O’Sullivan will lead its expansion into the Asian market, in line with its increased global focus. She will be based in Sydney.

To that end, it has also made Chris Paxton – previously its global head of strategy in Sydney – CEO of EMEA, based in the UK.

Lee Naylor, managing partner at The Leading Edge, APAC, said: “I’ve worked with Gillian previously and I’m excited about her coming to join us. She brings some fantastic skills to the business. This is great opportunity for us to continue to expand our Asia Pacific horizons with our clients.”

The Leading Edge is part of the Enero Group. It also plans to expand its in the US in the next year.
