New AI analytics platform Askalytics launches

UK – Marketing analytics platform Askalytics has launched to allow non-technical users to ask questions about their business data using natural language.

Askalytics connects to a company’s accounts, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, HubSpot and Mailchimp.

Questions can be asked from the platform, from a Slack channel, or from a Microsoft Teams conversation, and an answer will return in seconds.

The platform also runs several checks behind its answers and reads written insights a second time by a different AI model, to increase the robustness of responses.

Alongside on-demand questions, Askalytics delivers a weekly email containing insights drawn from the customer’s own data. The platform also monitors for unusual changes and flags them, and includes dashboards covering audience, content, conversions, e-commerce, organic search and paid performance.

Askalytics has been established by Colin Fagras, director of web operations and digital experience at SS&C Blue Prism.

Fagras said: “A wrong number and a right one look exactly the same on screen. Same confident sentence, same tidy chart. If you already knew the answer you would not have asked, so you are the last person equipped to catch it. That felt like the actual problem worth solving.”
