Nepa UK bought out by Nepa AB as Caldwell exits

The purchase has seen Hans Skruvfors, managing director of Europe and Asia, becoming acting UK managing director as current UK md, Johnny Caldwell, leaves.

Skruvfors said: "The UK is the second largest market in the world for the type of products and services that Nepa offer. To succeed with our goals to make the UK one of Nepa’s strongholds, we strengthen our position by acquiring 9.9% of the subsidiary Nepa UK Ltd which now becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary. This also means that we part ways with the current MD in the UK."
