NatWest appoints White to lead customer insight
White joined Holland & Barrett in February 2022 with a remit that included leading the retailer’s customer and insight function in the UK and Benelux.
Prior to Holland & Barrett, White led BT’s insight function for four years and she has previously held senior customer and insight positions at Centrica, British Gas and Capital One.
She also sits on the MRS main board and chairs the MRS Senior Client Council, which helps to shape the organisation’s strategic agenda.
At NatWest, White will report to the group’s chief marketing officer Margaret Jobling.
NatWest recently completed its acquisition of Sainsbury’s Bank retail banking assets, adding around one million new retail banking customer accounts.
