UK— The National Magazine Company has appointed Aida Muirhead to fill the newly created role of research and insight director.
Muirhead (pictured) joins from online fashion retailer Asos where she served as head of customer insight. The move to NatMag marks a return to the magazine publishing sector following prior stints as research and planning director at Bauer Media, and as head of research at Emap prior to its acquisition by Bauer.
She also spent five years with Initiative Media in the role of research manager.
Her new position at the National Magazine Company will see her responsible for creating and managing a centralised insight team.
