US — Business consultancy Mystery Researchers has acquired Wisconsin-based Beyond Hello to boost its mystery shopping and customer experience expertise.
Beyond Hello owners, Gary Godding and Christopher Warzynski will now sit on the board of Mystery Researchers alongside its CEO Lisa van Kesteren.
This is the company’s second acquisition this year as it bought Insula Research, which specialises in on-site data collection, in August.
