Mustard promotes three researchers

UK – Manchester-based research agency Mustard has made three promotions in its team.

Richard Lomax, Claire Borthwick and Hannah Crayk

The company has promoted Claire Borthwick (pictured, centre) and Hannah Crayk (pictured, right) to research director, while Richard Lomax (pictured, left) becomes associate director.

Borthwick joined Mustard in June 2024, having spent the previous five years with Hall & Partners in Melbourne, and leads the agency’s Behavioural Science practice.

Crayk, who leads Mustard’s culture and leisure work, has been with Mustard since 2022, when she joined from Linney, following 11 years at MHM.

Lomax joined the business in 2023 from MetrixLab, following seven years at Join the Dots/InSites Consulting (now Human8 ).

Andrew Wiseman, strategy director at Mustard, said: “Claire, Hannah and Richard have all made significant contributions over the last few years with their methodological, theoretical and sector expertise, bringing benefits to our team dynamic, thinking and crucially, the work we do for clients. We’re excited to see and experience their future influence as they continue their next steps with Mustard.”
