Mustard hires three and promotes two

UK – Manchester-based insight agency Mustard has made a series of promotions and new hires, including appointing Emma France as senior research executive.

France (pictured) spent nine years at DJS prior to taking up the new role at Mustard.

Mustard has also promoted Molly Hilton and Joe Stanley to research managers, with Hilton having joined as a graduate in 2018 and Stanley having re-joined the company in 2022, after a spell at Ear to the Ground.

Two graduates have also joined Mustard’s graduates’ scheme – Izzy Tooze and Nadja Moncolova.

The appointments and promotions come as Mustard announces a 29% increase in revenue in 2022 compared with the previous year.

Colin Auton, managing director at Mustard, said: “We’re delighted with what we managed to achieve as an agency in 2022.

“At the heart of our business are our people, so we’re thrilled to reward Molly and Joe for their hard work and commitment to Mustard.

“It’s also great to be able to bring new skills and ideas on board, and we look forward to seeing Emma, Izzy and Nadja thrive in the team in the years ahead.”
