Five categories open for submissions
Market researchers have been given until 18 May to submit entries to the Market Research Society (MRS) Research Excellence & Effectiveness Awards.
The MRS is calling for submissions in the categories of new research techniques, research applications, advertising research, public policy research, and insight management
Professor Michael Thomas, chairman of the awards judging panel and former MRS president, said: “Our prime purpose with the awards is to encourage new thinking within the research profession and to showcase the ways in which it contributes to business and brand effectiveness.”
He said the judges were “confident” the number of entries would top the 60 received last year for the inaugural event.
Winners will be announced at the awards dinner, due to be held on 25 October at London’s Park Lane Hotel.
