Morning Consult launches AI tool in open beta

US – Decision intelligence company Morning Consult has launched an AI-based consumer insights chat tool in open beta.

The tool allows users to ask questions in plain language and receive instant answers built from the company’s public opinion survey data based on 30,000 daily interviews across 40 countries.

Morning Consult launched the tool in beta to its clients in November 2024 and it has since been employed for uses including brand tracking and campaign planning. The company is now opening the beta beyond its existing clients ‘for a limited time’.

The tool is part of a roadmap of AI-based automation Morning Consult is currently developing, which includes AI agents to conduct research workflows.

Michael Ramlet, chief executive and co-founder at Morning Consult, said the tool allows executives to “think faster, move smarter, and act with confidence”.

Ramlet added: “This isn’t just about making research faster. It’s about redefining who can access it, when they can act on it, and how companies stay ahead of change.”
