Hammon (pictured) will lead the development of AI-native marketing, communications and the growth function in his new role at Morning Consult.

Prior to joining Morning Consult, Hammon led marketing for Yelp’s AI and API products and later worked at Hatch AI, a recently acquired software-as-a-service subsidiary of Yelp.

Previously, Hammon was global growth lead for business-to-business marketing at Google, and also ran demand generation at AI training data platform Labelbox.

Michael Ramlet, chief executive at Morning Consult, said: “Matthew’s AI-native experience and perspective will be an invaluable addition to our leadership team.

“As we continue advancing our AI-native vision, his leadership will help us build the marketing, communications, and growth capabilities needed to scale our capabilities, strengthen customer engagement and drive global growth.”
