Research and insights consultancy Morar has made Roger Perowne managing director and Julian Dailly head of consulting.
Other appointments include Paddy Sutton, who joins from The Nautilus branding consultancy, as head of strategy and Jane Hales, former director of Redshift Research, as a director.
Perowne (pictured) and Alistair Cunningham founded Morar in Edinburgh in 2005 and it was bought by Next15 in 2014. Morar merged with Redshift research in October 2015.
