UK — Customer feedback management software specialist Mopinion has launched a programme to help businesses examine customers’ online activities.
The Online Customer Journeys Programme enables companies to capture, analyse and act upon direct feedback from their customer’s online activities in real-time through data-collection tools that enable website visitors to address issues as they occur and on a structural basis.
Mopinion founder and managing partner Udesh Jadnanansing said: “We are the first feedback software supplier to offer a reliable and simple way to capture and analyse individual online customer journeys as they happen on your website.”
