Mopinion acquired by Netigate

SWEDEN – Swedish experience management software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm Netigate has acquired Dutch digital customer feedback business Mopinion for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will add digital feedback capabilities to Netigate’s existing feedback collection, analytics and AI dashboards features, bringing together Netigate’s analytics, survey automation and AI-led trend detection with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback tools. 

Maria Börjesson, chief executive at Netigate, said: “Our customers are asking for one unified platform that brings together feedback from various sources, including digital feedback, employee experience, advanced analytics and actionable insights. This acquisition delivers exactly that.” 

Udesh Jadnanansing, founder at Mopinion, said that “by uniting Mopinion’s solutions with Netigate’s, we’ll capture richer signals, surface AI-driven insights and accelerate outcomes”.

Mopinion co-founder Kees Wolters added: “We’re combining Mopinion’s strength in digital experience with Netigate’s deep expertise in analytics and enterprise feedback management.”
