MM-Eye acquired by hps group
The company will now be known as hps MM-Eye and its 18 staff will bring hps group’s headcount to 242 and its turnover to £27 million.
Hps MM-Eye will become the fifth wholly-owned specialist company within the group, joining video content and motion graphics producers Breakfast of Champions; PR, sponsorship and events agency hps jardine; field marketing and retail promotions specialist, hps retail7; and digital development business hps india.
Hps group CEO Mark Cornwell (right) said: “This is a transformative acquisition that bolsters our strategic capabilities and will enable hps to deliver truly insightful, evidence-led campaign planning and innovative creative solutions for clients. It comes at an exciting time for the group. We are celebrating our fortieth anniversary and have more than doubled the size of the business in the past four years.”
Damien Field (left), managing director of hps MM-Eye, added: “We’re very excited about this new chapter for MM-Eye. We’ll continue to deliver robust and innovative research solutions for our existing clients. Most excitingly, being part of a leading marketing services group will open up new opportunities for us, both in terms of what we offer to our clients but also in terms of what we can contribute to the hps group.”
