US— Richard Hanks, president of customer feedback technology firm Mindshare Technologies, is to retire at the end of March, but will stay on as chairman and strategic adviser.
Hanks (pictured) joined the firm as president and chairman nine years ago. The firm said that it had no plans to appoint a new president at this stage.
Co-founder and CEO John Sperry said: “Rich has been a great partner and friend. Our strengths have complemented each other as we have built this business together. Mindshare will miss his day-to-day leadership as our president, but we consider ourselves fortunate that he will continue on as our senior adviser.”
Hanks added: “I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with such talented and good people… I believe the company is poised for even greater success in the future.”
