HONG KONG— Millward Brown has named Malini Pani as chief client officer for Greater China and Rupam Borthakur as managing director of Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Pani has been with the company for five years, most recently serving as country manager of Hong Kong and Taiwan. Borthakur is a Research International alumnus where he was senior client services director for Singapore. Both will be based at the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Adrian Gonzalez, head of Millward Brown’s Greater China region, described Pani and Borthakur as “brilliant marketers” and said that they would be key in ensuring that clients were provided with “the best consumer-based advice for building their brands and managing their marketing investments.”
