Microsoft’s Serafin joins Qualtrics as COO

Serafin spent 17 years at Microsoft, most recently as a corporate vice president with responsibility for Office 365 Skype for Business. 

He will relocate from Washington to Utah to lead operations during a time of rapid growth and international expansion for Qualtrics.
