THE NETHERLANDS – Digital research agency MetrixLab has appointed Clare Chai as managing director for Greater China.
The appointment marks Chai’s return to the company, where she previously held the role of senior client director. Based in Shanghai, her experience in the research industry includes international and local agencies including Synovate, Kantar Added Value, WisdomAsia and Miaozhen Systems.
Chai is replacing MetrixLab’s previous managing director for Greater China, Brady Ni, who has left the company.
