Media audit guide published for Australian advertisers

AUSTRALIA— The Australian Association of National Advertisers has released a guide to help members evaluate the performance of their media agencies.

The new Media Audit Guide was developed in conjunction with the World Federation of Advertisers and its members, and was modified for the Australian market by AANA and Kinesis Media.

AANA CEO Scott McClellan said: “This document will be a very useful guide to any advertiser who is considering engaging a media auditor. It will prove to be illuminating for those who currently have their media buying audited but feel the need to understand more clearly the various aspects treated here that have not to date been so clearly spelt out.”
