HONG KONG— Media agency MEC Hong Kong has appointed Andrew Chang as analytics and insight director.

Chang’s responsibility will be focused on the management, measurement and analysis of integrated online and offline campaigns for key clients in the region.

MEC’s Sean de Cuirteis, regional director for interaction, said: “We recognise the value of taking a holistic data approach across media channels for our clients and Andrew will play a key role in the development of our capabilities in this area.”

Chang (pictured) was previously head of marketing for IAG Yachts and before that worked for MRM as senior data planner working on global client accounts including Dell, Intel, Adidas and Nestle.
