GERMANY— Research agency Produkt + Markt has been bought out by seven members of its management, following the departure of co-founder Paul Pottebaum after more than 35 years.
Managing partners Michael Albers, Heiner Junker and Joachim Scholz-Ligma have increased their stakes in the firm, and are joined by managing director Karl-Georg Herbert and directors Dirk Aderhold, Katja Bergmann and Axel Schomborg.
