Masoud rejoins C Space to lead health division
Masoud (pictured) previously spent 11 years at C Space, in various senior roles in the health division. She left the company in 2020 to become director of health and wellness experience strategy at CVS Health.
Her experience includes using customer research to create go-to-market strategies, and she specialises in the intersection of retail, health and wellness.
At C Space, Masoud will lead the health sector, expanding the company’s impact within the industry. As part of her role, she will work with senior leadership, legal and regulatory compliance, field teams, external agencies and vendors.
Jessica DeVlieger, global chief executive, C Space, said: “One of the things that makes C Space so special is the number of ‘boomerang’ employees who leave C Space and then come back; and we couldn’t ask for a better boomerang than Kristin Masoud.
“Kristin left to broaden her experience at CVS and we could not be more thrilled to welcome her back as the head of our Health business. Her deep experience in healthcare and retail on both the client and consulting-side make her the ideal candidate for this position.
“I look forward to seeing how she will continue to build on her C Space legacy and how her invaluable experience will continue to help C Space better serve our clients and their customers.”
