Marvin releases AI qual interview tool
AI Moderated Interviewer will allow users to carry out conversations with multiple participants simultaneously without the need for a human facilitator and also analyse response to find insight and trends.
Participants can complete interviews at their convenience, and results can be translated from around 40 languages.
AI Moderated Interviewer can also integrate with an organisation’s own research tools and workflows, the company said.
Marvin is based in Oakland, California, and runs AI customer feedback repository HeyMarvin, which brings together primary research and passive feedback channels collected through sources including sales interactions and support tickets.
Prayag Narula, chief executive and co-founder of Marvin, said: “What makes it so powerful is that it enables free-flowing, qualitative, engaging conversations – but on demand and at scale.
“Now, even a small team can have that same in-depth dialogue with their customers. It’s not just a better survey, and it’s not replacing traditional user interviews. It’s a whole new way of doing research that simply didn’t exist a few months ago.”
