Marsh takes over at The Leading Edge as Bateman joins Telstra
Bateman has been made director of segment marketing at Telstra, having been with TLE for three years.
Mark Buckman, chief marketing officer at Telstra, said: “It is terrific to attract someone of Andy’s caliber and experience to the Telstra marketing team. Andy has vast experience in marketing, branding, advertising and research, and will add a great deal of bench strength to our team.”
Marsh, who had a 25-year career in the industry before taking a career break to publish a number of books, will work two-and-a-half days a week in the role at The Leading Edge.
“It is fabulous to get this opportunity to work with Matthew [Melhuish, CEO of the Enero group] and the fantastic team at The Leading Edge,” Marsh said.
“This represents a wonderful opportunity to get back to my branding and marketing roots, to connect with old and new colleagues and to help businesses navigate their way through complexity in order to create value.”
