Market research recruitment firm launches
Daughters of Sailors will cover the entire recruitment process, and can also help with specific tasks such as building shortlists of candidates.
The firm will charge customers a day rate, and can be used by companies on an ongoing basis or as an ‘emergency service’ for recruitment at short notice.
The company is a collaboration between two established market research recruiters Sarah Penny (pictured) and Inger Christensen, who met at RPCushing, now Aspire, in 2006.
Penny and Christensen said: “We have spoken to clients and contacts in the industry and they really welcome the idea. We offer a flexible, transparent and collaborative alternative to traditional recruitment.
“We both love the people and their businesses in market research and we love nurturing our networks. We look forward to connecting with clients in a fresh and agile way, it feels right for this time.”
