US – Three former Harris Interactive employees have formed QueSights, a freelance marketplace for the market research industry.
QueSights is a specialised platform for market research, insights and analytics to help connect freelance professionals to businesses.
The platform will work by allowing clients – both end-user firms or research agencies – to find supplemental support on projects ranging from fixed-term contracts to full-time positions.
Users of the platform can post projects and access a pool of vetted professionals, while contractors can advertise their services.
The firm is founded by Jim Heisler, Howard Lax and Larry Brown, with Heisler and Lax having been based in Harris Interactive’s customer experience practice and Brown having worked in business development for the company before departing in 2008 to start lead generation company Bridgemark Solutions.
Heisler said: “Our aim at QueSights is to streamline the connection between top-tier talent and the companies that require their specialised skills.
“Employers can now bypass the clutter of irrelevant listings and find the perfect match for their needs.”
