Market Force lands Wingstop deal

US— Wingstop, a chain of chicken restaurants, has appointed Market Force International to carry out a nationwide mystery shopping programme.

Market Force International will visit Wingstop’s 485 outlets to identify operational performance gaps between locations.

Wingstop’s chief operating officer Bill Knight said: “With the data we’re gathering through Market Force’s mystery shopping services we can really understand what matters most to our guests and take action to drive performance improvements at a store level.”

The research firm uses a network of more than 300,000 independent contractors called The Force to carry out mystery shopping work.
