US— Mexican restaurant chain Baja Fresh has hired Market Force Information to carry out a mystery shopping and customer intelligence project.
The mystery shopping program will provide the company with information on store appearance, cleanliness, staff attitudes and ambiance.
Market Force chief marketing officer Janet Eden-Harris said: “Mystery shopping, especially when integrated with other types of customer intelligence, is an essential way to stay on top of those factors that drive customer delight and brand growth.”
