Market Force acquires feedback specialist Tell Us About Us

US— Customer intelligence firm Market Force International has acquired Canadian customer experience measurement agency Tell Us About Us (TUAU).

TUAU offers clients a range of customer experience services, including mystery shopping, surveys, social media monitoring and call centre support.

The firm said that the acquisition would bolster its customer satisfaction offering and increase its mystery shopping capabilities in Canada.

Market Force CEO Karl Maier (pictured) said: “This is a milestone acquisition for us. We’ve grown our customer feedback portfolio over the past several years and with TUAU we’ll have greater capabilities spanning even more markets and geographies.”
