UK — Maritz has acquired customer experience software company Allegiance combining it with Maritz Research to form a new, independent company MaritzCX.
Steve Maritz, chairman of Maritz said: “Today a customer can interact with anyone or any company in a matter of seconds. One bad experience can influence millions of people and quickly cost millions. It’s time to turn customer experience programmes into operational business processes designed to run in real-time.”
The new company will have more than 900 employees in 18 offices across five global regions.
