GERMANY – Data collection business Norstat has appointed Marc Leimann as managing director for Norstat Germany, succeeding Sebastian Sorger, who is leaving the business.
Leimann (pictured) rejoins Norstat in the role, having previously been managing director of the company’s German business from 2015 to 2020.
Prior to returning to Norstat, Leimann held the roles of managing director at e-commerce company ATP Autoteile and chief executive at Talk Online Panel.
Pål Listuen, regional director, Norstat South: “Germany is one of our key growth markets at Norstat, offering significant opportunities as one of the largest worldwide markets for research. Sebastian Sorger has achieved excellent results as the managing director and we thank him for that and wish him good luck in his next role.
“We are confident that Marc’s industry background and experience will further strengthen Norstat’s position and ambition. It is with great pleasure that we welcome Marc back to Norstat.”
The news follows Norstat’s appointment of Birgit Aasmäe as managing director of the company’s Estonia business.
