UK – Manchester-based agency Mustard has added to its senior team, with Anthony Shephard-Williams has been promoted to director, while Andrew Wiseman moves over from sister agency Honeycomb to take up the newly formed role of strategy director.
Shephard-Williams (pictured) has been with Mustard for over a decade and his promotion recognises the role he has played in building the agency’s online community offer, which he will continue to lead.
Wiseman launched Mustard’s Honeycomb brand in 2018, having previously been MD at ICM Unlimited, and spent the last year working exclusively with one of Mustard’s key clients on its three-year customer strategy. In his new role, Wiseman will lead on client and proposition strategy as part of the agency’s future business planning.
Meanwhile, Mustard has also announced its latest graduate intake. Ashleigh Saville, Bushra Bibi, Ed Graham and Ben Howarth all join the agency as research executives.
Mustard managing director Colin Auton commented: “With these additions to our senior team, we feel confident that we have the right people in place to capitalise on a strong post-pandemic business performance and further grow our reputation for making a real difference to the brands we work with.
“The insights market continues to evolve and appointing Andrew as our new strategy director means we will be able to take advantage of the latest tools and techniques, thereby adding to our strong advisory capability.
“We are also thrilled to welcome Ashleigh, Ben, Bushra and Ed to the Mustard family and look forward to watching them develop during their time with us. It’s really important that we support the development of the researchers of the future and we’re sure that our new graduates will relish their time here.”
