US — Customer experience and market insight company CMI has hired research professionals Brian Lunde and Joe Retzer.
Lunde (pictured left) will lead CMI’s customer experience practice and joins from Ipsos where he was senior vice-president for its financial services loyalty practice.
Meanwhile, Retzer will head up CMO’s advanced analytics team having joined from MarketTools where he was vice-president of advanced analytics.
“We are very excited about what Brian and Joe bring to our already robust customer experience offerings,” Chet Zalesky, president of CMI, said. “They each contribute unique perspectives that complement CMI’s customer experience philosophy and approach beautifully. They are passionate about making an impact for CMI, our clients, and the industry.”
