Luck elected Esomar president

THE NETHERLANDS – Kristin Luck has been elected president of research association Esomar for the 2021-22 term, succeeding Joaquim Bretcha, while Nikki Lavoie has been elected to the position of vice-president.

Based in the US, Luck (pictured) is founder of ScaleHouse Consulting, and was previously vice-president at Esomar.

Nikki Lavoie, director, MindSpark Research, is based in France.

Mars’ Michelle Gansle (US), Umesh Kumar of Hansa Research (India), Grupo Radar’s Alain Mizrahi (Uruguay), GfK’s Corinne Moy (UK), Starbucks’ Vanessa Oshima (Japan), Tom de Ruyck of InSites Consulting (Belgium), Decision Support’s Joy Uyanwune (Nigeria), and Lisa Wilding Brown of InnovateMR (US) have also been elected to the Esomar council.

Bretcha joins the council as ex-officio president.

Luck said: “This is a history-making council that features elected representatives from the four corners of the globe. I want to express my gratitude to Joaquim for establishing such a strong platform of initiatives during his term.”
