US – Marketing research firm, Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) has acquired insights and strategy company Kelton for an undisclosed amount.
This is the latest in a number of purchases that LRW has made in recent years and part of its strategy to build its data analytics capabilities.
Most recently in February, LRW bought the global customer experience and culture design firm, Strativity Group.
Kelton Global – its fifth acquisition – uses insights tools to help brands with branding, innovation and marketing communications. Tom Bernthal and Gareth Schweitzer will continue as CEO and president of the Kelton Division, respectively. It has offices in the US and UK.
David Sackman, chairman and CEO of the LRW group of companies, said: “Kelton is a special company that shares our vision and cultural values, yet also has some areas of expertise that complement our strengths. Together, LRW and Kelton will enable us to deliver even bigger impact for our clients and create exciting opportunities for growth and development for our employees.”
