UK – Lightspeed has hired Hannah Soar (pictured) from Kantar as director, business transformation.
Soar’s new role will see her responsible for developing, supporting and influencing strategic and behavioural change management efforts globally.
At Kantar, Soar was human resource business partner. Prior to that she held HR management, transformation, consultancy and advisory roles at Nottinghamshire Police, Paul Smith Ltd and Peninsula Business Services.

"She brings an impressive range of change management and people experience, along with the energy and vision that make her the ideal person to effectively drive change throughout the organisation.”
