LifeStars market research platform launches
The ‘LifeStars’ research software and web application offers self-serve technology for users to conduct market research surveys and pose questions to a consumer panel.
The app offers participants financial incentives for sharing their opinions. Brands can invite their customers to use the app or LifeStars can assist with recruiting panellists.
Consultation services offered through the app include segmentation, targeting multiple markets or accommodating various languages. Brands to have used the app to date include Costa and Uber.
The founders said they have developed the app to bring brands closer to customers and use the voice of customers to support companies’ decisions.
Justin Healy, founder of Spark Market Research and managing director at LifeStars, said: “Research has changed, especially since the pandemic. Marketing and Insight managers are under increased pressure to do more with less resource.
“From our own research, barriers to entry in conducting consumer research are often time and money – LifeStars has been developed to tackle these issues, making market research more accessible and affordable.”
Rob Wescott, chief executive at Audience Collective, added: “With LifeStars we can now offer instantaneous first-party data to our clients.”
