Lieberman buys FRC Research
Details of the deal were not revealed. FRC was founded in 1972 and has offices in New York and California.
Steve Chasin, partner at Lieberman, said: "The acquisition of FRC allows Lieberman to further expand its knowledge-base, capabilities, and client support."
Paul Knable, president of FRC, added: "For over 40 years, FRC has been providing clients with guidance for managing their product offerings through its proprietary research techniques. FRC will benefit from Lieberman’s greater resources including their Qualitative division."
